Wireless networking tip: When securing your wireless network choose long and obscure names for fields such as the network SSID and password. Some of these names can be up to 32 characters long and may include a combination of letters and numbers. Refer to the product manufacturers documentation for specific information. Dont use obvious names; the more unclear a name is the more difficult you will make it for an intruder or hacker to try and attack your network and change settings. Always make a paper note of any of these fields in case you forget the combination, and store this information in safe place.
