Home Network: How to print on a home wireless network

How to print on a home wireless network

There are a few main methods to print on a home wireless network. One is to connect a printer directly to one of the computers connected to the network. The printer will have to be shared with other users so they can access it. The downside to this method is that the host computer will have to always be switched on and the user logged in, so that other users can use the printer resource. A better method would be to purchase a wireless print server or a wireless router with built in support for printing. Using this combination with the printer, will facilitate all users needs, queue print jobs, and as the router is switched on most of the time printing will accessible all the time.
